How many guests can stay in one room?
Some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. Guests aged 13 and above are counted as adults.

It depends on the room capacity. Guest rooms for more than 2 guests can have extra beds added.

Are there smoking rooms available?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking areas.

All guest room baths use natural hot spring water.

If you inform us in advance about any food dislikes or allergies, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. However, please understand that in cases of severe allergies for some foods, we may have limited capability to fulfill such requests.

We strive to accommodate special dietary requests such as low-sodium or vegetarian meals. However, please understand that accommodating very strict dietary restrictions may be difficult.

Yes, we will endeavor to provide meals that differ from the previous day as much as possible.

Yes, if you inform us in advance, we will do our best to arrange seating so that you can dine together.
Can I bring my own food and drink to the restaurant?
Bringing outside food and drink into the restaurant is generally discouraged. A corkage fee of ¥4,000 per bottle (including tax) will be charged for beverages. For baby food, please refer to the "Children" category.
Is in-room dining available?
Dinner and breakfast are served in the restaurant, and we do not offer in-room dining. However, a room service menu is available in your room.

Yes, room service for meals is available from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please check the menu in your guest room on the day of your stay.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome to stay with guardians. However, please note that some facilities have age restrictions.

How are children's accommodation charges calculated?
Guests aged 0–12 are counted as children and charged an accommodation fee of ¥1,650 per person per night (including tax). Additional charges for meals and extra beds will apply. Guests aged 13 and above are counted as adults and charged the same fee.
Is rental of children's loungewear available?
Yes, we offer children's loungewear in sizes S/M/L. Please inform the butler of the required size.
What items are available for rent for babies?
We provide items such as diaper bins and bed guards. Availability is limited, so please inquire at the time of booking if you have any specific requests.
Are baby cribs available for rent?
We offer baby cribs for rent for children up to 24 months old. Availability is limited, so please inquire when booking if you have any requests.
Can the beds be pushed together so that we can sleep with our child?
Yes, twin beds can be pushed together to provide a spacious sleeping area for you and your child. Please inquire when booking if you have any specific requests.
Is it possible to add beds for children?
The possibility of adding beds depends on the room's capacity. Rooms with a capacity of more than two guests can accommodate an extra bed. An additional bedding fee of ¥3,300 per set will be charged for children aged 0–12.
Are strollers available for rent?
We do not provide strollers for rent.
What kind of meals are available for children?
For children aged 0–12, the following meal options are available:

Yes, the therapist from our contracted clinic will provide massage treatments in your guest room. The last start time is 11:00 pm. Please inquire via email or ask your butler on the day for details on time and rates.
What are the bar's hours?
The bar is open from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm (last order at 10:30 pm). Complimentary drinks are available in the lounge for staying guests from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The bar's paid menu is also available for non-staying guests.
Can you assist with booking a sightseeing taxi?
We can arrange a sightseeing taxi for your desired route and time. Please contact us via email for advance reservations.
Do you have parking available for staying guests?
Yes, we offer free parking for our staying guests.
Do you have shuttle service available from the station?
Unfortunately, we don't provide shuttle service.

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00 the next day. Some times may vary depending on your accommodation plan.

We accept luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Please pick up your luggage on the same day.

Early check-in is available from 14:00, and late check-out is available until 12:00. The additional fee is ¥13,200 per room per hour (including tax). Please note that availability may vary, so please consult us at the time of booking if you have any requests.
Do you provide wheelchair rentals?

Is it possible to request a geisha performance?
Unfortunately, geisha cannot be arranged at our hotel.
